We have put our lives on hold and are heading off on an adventure around India in 2010 for the first time.
The trip is estimated to take just over 3 months. We will be couch-surfing, trekking, travelling on trains+planes+automobiles, including (hopefully) some touring on a Royal Enfield Bullet. Our own mini food-safari is part of the plan, so keep an eye out for stories and photos of some yummy (or not) dishes.
